The MGF is a CIO, of which Alan Heeks is a trustee. Its overall aim is to be an enabler for a few pioneering projects where modest funding from the MGF can make a significant difference, and where the project could have wider impact because of its reproducibility.
The Fund’s main areas of interest are broadly those of the Seeding our Future project. As a very small organisation, we do not have the capacity to handle unsolicited proposals.
The accounts for calendar year 2025 have now been submitted to the Charity Commission.
